SUPPORT

Support Our Microsanctuary. Make a Difference.

We are primarily self-funded and self-operated, but rely heavily on additional support to pay for food, supplies, and veterinary care for the rabbits in our care, as well as support new rabbits in need of shelter. Upon intake, each rescued animal costs $1,000-1,500, in addition to ongoing costs of hay, food, supplies, and regular vet exams. See cost breakdown below.

There are several ways you can help support our microsanctuary and make a difference in the lives of small animals who deserve proper care, warmth, safety, and love:

  • Purchase important supplies from our Amazon wish list.
  • Sponsor the rescue of a bunny by donating the starter supplies needed to provide safe housing and care.
  • Give via Venmo or PayPal.
  • Foster a bunny or pair of bonded bunnies. We provide the supplies and mentoring to foster families who qualify.
  • Volunteer to help clean cages and litter boxes, and supervise free-range time.

Here’s a sense of the immediate financial costs involved with each rescued bunny. This does not include ongoing costs for hay, food, supplies, regular vet exams, and annual vaccinations.
